Tell us your company name, the web address you would like, and who the first admin user is. Two minutes.

We build your CRM

We create your own CRM with its own database and secure web address. You watch the progress on screen and get an email when it is ready.

Log in

Your admin login and a temporary password are on your ready page. Log in, add your logo, and send your first invoice.

Questions people ask

How long does setup take?

Usually under five minutes. You get a progress page that updates itself, and an email when your CRM is ready.

What does it cost?

Your first 14 days are free and you do not need a card to start. After that we contact you with the plan that fits the number of users you need. Add-on modules are priced separately: see additional modules.

Where is my data stored?

In your own separate database on a South African cloud server. No other customer shares it. You can ask for a full export at any time.

Can I use my own domain?

Not yet. Your CRM lives at yourcompany.crmonline.co.za with a secure https certificate. Custom domains are on the roadmap.

Can my customers log in?

Yes. Every CRM includes a customer portal where your clients can see their invoices, quotes and projects, and pay online if you connect a payment gateway.

Can I send invoices from my own email address?

Yes. In Settings you can enter your own email server details so invoices go out from your company address. Until then they are sent from noreply@crmonline.co.za on your behalf.

What if I need help?

Can I cancel?

Yes. Email info@crmonline.co.za and we will close the account and delete the data, or send you an export first.
